It covers how agents get work, what they are allowed to do, and what state they keep between runs. The hard part is keeping that predictable as the amount of work grows. We build it for our own products first, so they are what it has to hold up.

Tools where people and AI agents work on the same thing at once.
Two kinds of author edit one shared thing, and it has to stay consistent while they do. That coordination is the part we spend our time on. We keep the control layer open so the work can be steered directly.

Client work, built on the same stack as our products.
We deliver it with our own infrastructure, which keeps that infrastructure tested against real deadlines and other people's requirements.
